    Hey Pritha, I like it how you kept it simple with saffron, wine and cheese. I remember having a Risotto alla Milanese with beef marrow. I also like how you clicked the photo. :)

      Thanks Tina! I'm sure the beef marrow would have rendered a different complexity of flavour. Must try the next time I make risotto!
