lovely write up. I know what you mean changing jobs, shifting base and all that. But change is the only constant thing in life. Good luck with the new phase. As for the recipe my Husband's client is William Sonoma and we practically live next to their corporate development centre. I love their cakes, you should try out their chocolate cake recipe never fails to impress. Their recipes are very easy to follow and work like a charm. By the way your cake is to die for... It is tea time here and I am drooling over the photos :)
